After an exhausting day enjoying the fun of the theme parks, come home and relax in our beautiful executive villa.
There is plenty of accommodation to sleep up to 10 people so it is ideal for 2 families to share and enjoy. It is also perfect for one family to spread out and relax in comfort!Our wonderful home offers the best of both worlds - conveniently near the excitement of Orlando, yet far enough away for total peace and relaxation.
All living areas and bedrooms benefit from ceiling fans for added comfort.
We have paid great care and attention to the choice of furnishings and decor to offer our guests the very highest standards and comforts home from home.
Guests are invited to relax in the spacious and comfortable lounge / family room where your family can sit and discuss the day’s events or plan for the following day’s entertainment. If too tired to chat, there is a selection of books, games, large cable TV with DVD player and DVD's close at hand.
For more tranquil surroundings, retire to the peaceful living room with comfortable sofas, armchair and side tables.
The formal dining area is the perfect place for a special family meal (if you choose to cook!)
The elegant dining table with 6 matching chairs is ideal.The beautiful fully fitted open plan kitchen is equipped with every amenity you could possibly imagine including a large oven and grill, microwave, fridge freezer with ice-maker, larder, coffee machine, blender, toaster, dishwasher, all utensils, glassware, crockery and cutlery.
There is a breakfast bar with stools and a nook with table and chairs that has an inviting view of the pool area.
There are 2 luxurious master bedrooms;
Master Bedroom 1 is very spacious and includes a king size bed (6ft), bedside cabinets, walk-in closet with security deposit box, dresser, cable TV and clock/radio. This leads to a large en-suite bathroom with two vanity basins, bath, separate walk-in shower cubicle, WC, hairdryer and all the towels you may need with plenty of cupboard storage space.
Master Bedroom 2 includes a standard size double bed, bedside cabinet, walk-in closet with plenty of hanging space, chest of drawers, cable TV and clock/radio. This leads to a 2nd en-suite bathroom with vanity basin, medicine cabinet, bath/shower, WC, hairdryer, towels and again, plenty of cupboard storage space.
Both guest bedrooms 3 and 4 have been tastefully decorated and have twin beds, bedside cabinets, clock/radios, walk-in closets with plenty of hanging space and additional storage.
The 2 guest bedrooms are served by a well-proportioned family bathroom with bath/shower, WC, vanity basin, medicine cabinet, hairdryer, towels and storage cupboards.
A high quality foldaway sofa bed with plenty of bedding has also been provided in the living room if required, which can be quickly and easily made up.
The little ones have not been forgotten. We have a full-size wooden cot/crib complete with all bedding and an adjustable highchair. There is a large selection of books, lego, toys, rattles and puzzles too. There is also plastic cups, plates, knives and forks all provided to make life easier for families with infants.
Return home with your suitcases full of clean clothes. A separate laundry room houses a top-loading washing machine, tumble drier, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and vacuum cleaner.
The recently updated games room is equipped with a full size pool table, table-tennis table, giant Connect-4 and dartboard for the enjoyment of the whole family.
Relax by the inviting, fully screened 28ft x 14ft swimming pool which has a larger than average sundeck and 2x luxury padded loungers, 6x luxury padded chairs and table - perfect for al fresco dining, cooling off or simply topping up your tan.
Additional low-level screening has been fitted for extra comfort and privacy.
An outside light in the pool area and multi-coloured fibre optic pool lighting make evening swims an enjoyable experience.
There is a pool blanket which can be used to retain the heat overnight should it be required.
A removable child safety fence has been installed for the protection of younger children.Our management company is on call 24-hours per day to assist with any problems or queries.
Our property is well maintained on a regular basis with cleaning, pest control, gardening and pool services.Our beautiful home is situated on the pristine community of The Retreat at Legacy Park only 10 miles from Disney Main Gate.
